CHOOSE YOUR SPIRIT SALE ITEMS-
You decide which items you want to purchase and offer for your sale.
T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Spirit Towels, Caps, Golf Shirts, Shorts, Bags or any
other items offered on our website. We'll help with this by showing you the items which have sold best at other schools.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR THE ITEMS MY SCHOOL IS SELLING ? - Choose your items and we'll give you the cost on each item. This will depend on whether the items are printed or embroidered. We'll send a preliminary sales order showing the cost of each item.
DESIGN TEMPLATES- be
sure to look at these for IDEAS as to how you would like the art on your items to look. Use

YOUR SCHOOL SPIRIT WEBSITE
Be sure to email your School Spirit website address to ALL your relatives and friends!
We'll set up an website (at no charge) for
students, faculty, relatives & friends to purchase your
spirit sale sample items. You will set the selling price for the items you decide to offer for sale....and we go to work creating the website.

Students, teachers, relatives and friends will be able to order directly from your website. They will choose by item, color and size and an email with their order will go directly to the person in charge of running your sale. |

HOW LONG SHOULD MY SALE LAST? - Two Weeks! This has, by far and away, been the most successful time period.

HOW DO WE PROCEED WHEN OUR SALE IS OVER -
(A) Total your orders, fill out your summary sheet (check here to see summary sheet format)
(B) When we receive your summary sheet, we'll send a sales order which will summarize your total bill
(C)
When you have approved the sales order, you then send payment with School check or credit card. Once received we go to ......work on your order.
(D) We will ship your order in 10-12 working days |
