60 x .20 (per in.)= $12 + 1.50 (hardware)=$13.50

13-30"= .30 per in.+ $1.50 total per frame for hardware
31"-50"= .25 per in + $1.50 total per frame for hardware
51" up = .20 per in.+ $1.50 total per frame for hardware
